Presumably Tapuai and Clark are injured - as it's either that theory, or we're not taking LIrish seriously, and think it's a good chance to give them both a rest...
Mercer at 7 looks interesting too - no harm at all in him getting a little game-time across the backrow IMO; all experience is good experience for the moment.
