Williams and Fowlie in the Irish centres, with TBC on the bench. It seems someone has finally realised that it might be worthwhile chancing their arm a bit.

Irish do get something out of the game, a losing BP. Als they failed to score a try and its this that is really going to condemn them to the drop.

Worcester got one too, so no change this week. This was a fixture that Irish had to target. They just look woeful.fivepointer wrote:Irish do get something out of the game, a losing BP. Als they failed to score a try and its this that is really going to condemn them to the drop.

Re: Irish vs Newcastle
(On a cold night at the Madejski) Newcastle scored when they had to. Irish pushed hard but were always second best. They just did'nt look as professional. I suppose money talks? Jan 13th is against Krasny Yar(who they?) in the Euro Challenge Cup. Might be a win for the faithful... At least The Greyfriars were serving Siren's Liquid Mistress...
