He picked up an injury a couple of weeks after he joined, in training I believe, and when he came back he was blocked from the Quins game as part of the transfer agreement. I’ll be very surprised if he does start this weekend against Lyon
Good knowledge, thanks. Was starting to wonder if he'd pissed off Sale already.

I agree with all of that Spiffy. My point was that Campagnaro is the most expendable of the Chiefs’ centres. Whitten and Hill aren’t flashy but are both very good players.

Whitten is very underrated and his ability to be genuinely effective at 12, 13 or as an emergency winger make him a great squad player.

Hill is also underrated. He’s unfortunate in that he does everything well but doesn’t have a particularly eye catching aspect of his game that really makes people sit up and take notice. Personally, I’m not convinced he’s a test player in waiting, but if he were picked, I’d be confident that he wouldn’t let anyone down.

Hill was called up by Eddie early doors IIRC, I like him a lot.

Campagnaro is an interesting one- he's looked top class for Italy, and it's bad fortune that he hasn't established himself by the sound of it.
