Amazing....fair play to woodburn, he's certainly putting a marker down.

If Diggers has watched Kvesic’s 10/15 min cameo I’m sure there will be a celebratory snowball in the offing.

Yep. A couple of awful miss-passes from Steenson, who has otherwise been superb in his armchair.Banquo wrote:two amazing ones, bailing his inside backs out tbhMellsblue wrote:What. A. Finish.

Game management has been excellent, but you are right, the forwards have laid a great platform in the looseMellsblue wrote:Yep. That's a bit of a cheer after Baaath's defeat.

Cracking game.
Kvesic was superb when he came on. Simmonds is class and Woodburn's finish for number 2 was quite something. Reminded me of a young Christophers

Exe's forwards were superb. All of them.
Woodburn's 2 finishes were something else.

I did notice earlier there's an open but unfinished bottle of advocaat. I didn't see the game though so should probably stay clearBanquo wrote:and some cheese and pineapple on a cocktail stick....Mellsblue wrote:If Diggers has watched Kvesic’s 10/15 min cameo I’m sure there will be a celebratory snowball in the offing.

Didn’t see the game. But sounds like we need to stop pretending Nowell is better than Woodburn.

I've never been a massive Woodburn fan, but he really has been turning it on of late. Maybe he does have an international future?

Looking at the Montpellier starting XV, there are only three Frenchman. Little wonder that the national XV is in the state it is.
