Unavailable for selection:
Val Rapava Ruskin, Jacob Rowan, Charlie Sharples, Andy Symons

which means Thrush, Williams, Morgan and Hibbard are just not selected. Something of a turn about on Matt Scott too.

It's still a strong Tigers side, will end up being close I think.

Good to see Simmons on the bench - I've been impressed with him.

The back row has a 6, 7, and an 8, the front row looks solid, Veainu's back, and we've got Toomua and Tuilagi fit and (in theory) firing. No excuses for this one - if we can't put up a good performance with that team named, then there's trouble behind the scenes that needs sorting pronto.

14 each at half time, evenly balanced scorewise, stats suggest Glos have done more with the ball so far

defenders beaten Glos 24, Tigers 3
Carries Glos 83, Tigers 53
Tackles Glos 43, Tigers 76

Manu was closed down quickly, didn't really get into any stride. Trinder oozed class a few times. Glos played well, should have scored more. Think Ackerman knows his best team now, more or less.
