Damn I have 6 choices at lock and stuck about who to pick. Narrowed it down to Armand, Horwill, Slater or Witty. Anyone?

You still only get 1 free transfer out per week, they've just limited it to 5 transfers out in total, to stop people changing their whole team. Not sure there'd be a particular advantage with the 20 point penalty and all, but obviously someone was doing it.

I had a similar choice for who to put alingside Isiekwe - put Armand at flank, Slater to start and Witty on the bench.

Cheers, nothing to be worried about then. Didn't replace the guy I let go this time, had to use a guy on the bench, but trying to build up a bit of a pot, so that I can perhaps grab some better players later, or just be able to recover from a bad round more easily.

That's been my plan too, but this is the first week in ages where I've not been scrambling to get a XXIII out.

Yeah - me too. It’s nice to be able to make transfers out of choice rather than pure necessity!

I currently have a win in the Cup by 9 points, after having come back from 140 points down at the start of the day (turns out that Bateman as captain was a pretty good call). However, the Leicester v Saracens scores haven't been finalised yet and my advantage has already dropped by 4 when the Wuss vs Irish scores were finalised. Anyone know how long it takes usually before they're all confirmed?

Crap. My 9 point win is now a 10 point loss. Bugger it.

Latest Rugby Rebels Premiership standings: https://therugbymagazine.com/fantasy/pr ... remiership

Team of the week:

1. Bateman - 46pts
2. Ward - 43pts
3. John - 36pts
4. Gaskell - 39pts
5. Armand - 37pts
6. Botha - 47pts
7. Young - 47pts
8. Mercer - 38pts
9. Kitto - 41pts
10. Fotuali’i - 38pts
11. Wade - 44pts
12. Horne - 40pts
13. Woodward - 36pts
14. Solomona - 42pts
15. Veainu - 40pts

Interestingly, they’ve also added a top club based upon the Opta points. Incredibly, Quins are the top club of the round - god knows how?

I had 4 from this list in my team which just goes to show how crappy the rest of my team is.

I only had two (Armand and Young). What makes it more annoying is that I have Wade and Veainu but chose not to pick them in my 23! I also decided this was the week I’d get rid of Solomona!

This game is so hard to predict. I didn’t fancy Veainu getting any change out of Sarries defence and I fancied Woodburn and Adams to score some points against Saints and Irish. Shows what I know ...

I went for Goode as captain and Adams over Foden - and Steenson as a kicker instead of Francis. Also didn't realise Singleton was injured, which is an arse. The one week I didn't make Harrison my captain he scores bigger than in previous weeks too.

I had a real mixed bag this week. Some outstanding performances and a few crap ones and a drop out (Rob Vickers) to balance it out.

Latest RR Premiership standings:

https://therugbymagazine.com/fantasy/pr ... remiership

All pretty static TBH - not too much movement now.

Team of the week:

1. Bateman (76pts)
2. Cruse (43pts)
3. Harrison (34pts)
4. Skinner (41pts)
5. Isiekwe (35pts)
6. Paterson (35pts)
7. Earl (39pts)
8. Mercer (37pts)
9. Young (53pts)
10. Matavesi (44pts)
11. Woodward (43pts)
12. Toomua (39pts)
13. Slade (23pts)
14. Solomona (45pts)
15. Veainu (46pts)

For a change, I actually have a couple of those in my squad. Fair play to anyone who picked Bateman as captain!

Mine was mixed bag as usual. I has Isiekwe and was lucky enough to have Veainu as my captain so double points. I'm still strongly mediocre though.

I have 8 of those. Did I pick all 8 in my starting lineup? No, no I did not.

Think I have 2 of them, and picked 2. Bateman (late purchase) pretty much saved my week single handedly.

Well I chose a terrible week to start Marcus Smith at 10 and make him my kicker and captain

Kicker for me too.

I also picked Marchant and Visser on the expectation that Quins might play a bit ...

It’s a good job Opta points aren’t subjective.

Everywhere that I had a choice this week, I made the wrong one. Genge over Harrison, Cruse over Singleton, Robson over De Klerk, Toomua over Cokanasiga, Walker as captain over anyone else in the world...

And now Smith over JSimmonds and May over Woodburn. I clearly cannot be trusted with making actual choices.
