The failure to even take a second look at Skelton's swinging arm high hit, which was probably a red, and the massive forward pass on the last / 2nd to last Sarries try, were just awful from both Doyle and the video ref. You've got clear evidence in front of you bit apparently not the nerve to use it.
That aside, Wasps can't argue too much as it was there first 20 minutes which lost it for them.
Wasps were incredibly lucky that JP didn't look at Youngs' try - the pass from Wade was a mile forward. It looked as if he decided not to based on the back chat he got from Sarries. Which, while good to shut down the chat that Sarries instantly give as soon as something doesn't go their way, is a bit weird. Being dicks doesn't make them any less right about the forward pass
It prob was a touch forward but Sarries had several clear forward passes ignored during the game as they always seem to do. They really don't need to be favoured like that to win.

there were a lot of forward passes, and Wasps had one nailed on try disallowed, but they were outclassed tbh. There are two sides in the prem head and shoulders above the rest when playing even half well.
Daly scored a perfectly good try i thought. And yes, some forward passes went unnoticed. But really Saracens were by some margin the better side.
Thought their England contingent went very well indeed.

And why did Maitland not even get a ticking off for going in with his knees to Daly’s head when he scored that perfectly good try?

The size and amount of studs he was using wouldn’t have helped either. Same issue in the NFL.
