Don't do what Denny Don't does.
Don't hold on to the ball after a tackle Denny.

Highlight of the second half - George does it to him again.Spiffy wrote:Quite an entertaining Sunday afternoon display of unopposed rugby.

So was watching on the most jittery stream ever, what can be learned from that? Curry is pretty good. Daly is quite good wherever you put him? I probably shouldn't be playing on the wing? None of those seem that surprising.

Remind me again who were the invitational side?
England will be seriously disappointed with that. defensively we were an absolute shower. Admittedly the Baabaas got away with all sorts but this was a pretty good England side and we should have been a lot better than that.
Francis and Daly were Ok in the backs. Curry went well up front and Wilson added some much needed energy.
Robshaw and Brown should be on a beach somewhere.

Genge was poor, got roasted in the scrum and seemed to go off script from the team whenever he gets the ball
Robshaw as awful, I know its just a baabaas game but surely his positon must be under threat. Hes just not athletic enough.
Daly again proving that he is our best back
Wilson good when he came on, but should have been for Robshaw
Mercer good.
Robson was poor, and I really hope it was just a blip performance.

Yep, and naturally wildly biased, but still think it’s true (whichever eye I watch it with)Mellsblue wrote:Wasps fan?I R Geech wrote:Robson was getting no protection whatsoever from his pack.padprop wrote:Genge was poor, got roasted in the scrum and seemed to go off script from the team whenever he gets the ball

Robson was poor his passes where shocking.
BUT fortunately for him all our 9's are poor so it doesn't matter.

Perhaps he was a bit tired after equalling the Top 14 record?

Superb game to watch as a neutral.
Who were the last Scotsmen to beat England twice in a year I wonder?

Evidently his family is not overly happy with living in France and he expressed an interest in rejoining an English club.twitchy wrote:

It always amazes me how differently people see a game at times. Francis being the case in point this time.

He's probably still the best all-round 13 available, but he does get a bit of flack on the board.Banquo wrote:Preaching to the converted. I think Wasps attack is closer to an international attack, than Exeters, and probably a better judge. It's why Joseph is invaluable, even when his attack isn't firing.
