Care has mostly been very good but was poor today. He seemed to maximise all the worst parts of his game.

I've been off it since the RWC to be honest.

I wonder if EJ had Care and Brown in mind when he talked about England players needing to up their game?

For Saracens Goode was tremendous. He is a really consistently fine player at club level and the case for him being given another chance for the national side is a strong one. Ashton really good too in fairness. Billy goes from strength to strength.
Agree with all of that. Especially care and brown and their form
The atmosphere was awful. Loads of the "rock choir" who were there for pre game and half time entertainment left at half time. Very odd

albeit you were kind of forced into kicking through Sarries pressure, the tactic was both shyte and badly executed.

Sarries huge penalty count would have really hurt them against a top side.
