I would have liked the RFU/Ryan to explain why a change was needed, and why this change. Given we pay their wages they're again less than forthcoming to the fans

Yep, it's been a clean sweep of the pathway coaches in the last year. Which is insane in my humble opinion. A better group of coaches for this exact job you are unlikely to find. Hey ho, I'm sure we now have some killer KPIs to report on. :? :?

We don't pay their wages though.
Take away the fans and the funding of rugby and thus the wages also would drop somewhat. In essence they exist in servitude to the game and to us , but with little respect for either
