Unpopular as he may be, I thought Mallinder was good when he came on too.

I agree he did well. I don't think he's un popular. He is obviously highly skilled. It's just being either unable or unwilling to tackle when you are six four and 16 stone is unsustainable at the top level.

Especially when you see what tiny marcus smith was doing.

You never know, not having to be the headmaster's son might be really good for him.

We still have Kellaway and Naiyaravoro to come in the backs, which I think will help. I think this 9, 10, 12 combination could be very useful given some time together.

Naiyaravoro was quite rusty still in the A game, apparently dropped quite a few simple ones.

How quick is smith.

Quick enough to catch a winger, running an extra 1-2 meters to get there.
Slow enough to be caught by a #8 who's running an extra 8-10 meters to get there.
