No Barbaery? Potentially due to hooker injuries for Wasps I guess.

Purely at a Quins focus, probably the lowest we've had in the squad since I can remember - very disappointing for us

However, England hat on, that looks a talented squad with some real talent in there; I hope Joel Kpoku gets lots of gametime here rather than at Sarries during the 6 Nations

This is a really exciting group of young players.
Loads with 1st team (including Premiership) experience, as well as some notable returnees from last season (Heyes, Hill, Hardwick, Dingwall, Kpoku, Willis)
Doubt that we will put anything like our best XV out during the season as so many of these lads are going to have club commitments, but the well of talent here is quite deep.

Simonds is a fullback/centre more than a wing.

How many of those have had prem experience? Quite a few right?

All the Glos players have a little prem experience yes.

On reflection I mean 1st team experience, not necessarily prem in all cases

Wouldn't have thought so. He's behind Cruse, Taylor, Oghre and Harris - and they're not all injured! (at least I hope they aren't!)

Off the top of my head Heyes, Street, Kpoku, Hill, Willis, Warr, Hardwick, Wilkinson, Redpath, Dingwall, james, Lawrence, Murley, Sleightholme, Seabrook and Reed have all appeared in the Premiership. Many others would have had game time in the PRC and some in Europe.

Think Oghre might be.

Cruse, Taylor and Johnson are all injured, though Taylor may be back. Looking likely that Harris will have his first start against sarries...

Willis has hurt his shoulder so won't be joining up with the u20s.

:( Manu Vunipola seems a bit of a cursed name from an injurious perspective

He's been playing A league too. Still a year young, though we might well see him during the 6 Nations, as we often switch players in and out. And it's not unusual to see an U18 play U20's, even in the front row, like Marcus Street, who is still eligible at U20 despite seemingly being 43 years old now.

Jack Bartlett (tight Head)
Tom Seabrook (Outside Back)
Jack Reeves (Centre)
Jacob Morris (Wing
George Barton (10)
All called up to the squad from Gloucester.
+ Ben Donell (Back row) from London Irish called up as injury cover.

Guessing it means
Heyes
Dingwall
Lawrence
Murley
Smith

Are all staying with club. (Suspect Hardwick might be injury depending).

Very pleased with that side. Quality and experience up front and behind. Very handy looking bench too.

That's just silly. So much experience, including a fully capped England player!

Blimey. That is strong, especially for the 6N. Two Bedford boys in the centres. One capt and one not, which is almost certainly an indication of who went to the better school.

It's crazy that Redpath and Lawrence are already talked about for the senior squad but don't even start for the U20s. Didn't realise Murley was that young either.
