One of the interesting things is that England’s attack has been playing against England’s defence and working way around it. In other words how to beat the rush. And it has worked a treat. Two weeks in a row.
Ashton's having a pretty good game. Carrying well, creating May's 3rd and Slade's try, putting in some pretty solid tackles (including volunteering to take on Picamoles from the kick-off, twice, and bringing him down handily). He's done well, albiet against some very average opposition.
I always put on a load of penne ante bets and I'm making out quite nicely on this one. I've got England at -23 at full-time, which I'm feeling quite hopeful on, but I'm also eyeing a bet I put on at the start of the tournament of the biggest margin of victory being more than 51 - if France don't open strongly in this second half, I could see them folding like a Lidl garden chair.

Huget off, quelle surprise.
They have options both behind the defence and wide actually
Farrell misses a tackle and nothing, rips it 30 yards down the field and it’s a great play. Now it is a great intervention but it wouldn’t have been needed if he’d made the tackle in the first place.
