I didn’t picture being quite this bored with the scoreline that we’ve got.

England with 29 missed tackles. But France just can't get out of their own way

Yep, don't blame England for carrying on with game plan as it takes less out of them, but we have kicked a few times where there were better opportunities to run.Mikey Brown wrote:I didn’t picture being quite this bored with the acoreine that we’ve got.
That missed tackle stat will be a worry.

France have broken through in midfield a fair few times but then either screwed up or the cover has come across. Against a better team, those breaks would convert to points.Banquo wrote:Yep, don't blame England for carrying on with game plan as it takes less out of them, but we have kicked a few times where there were better opportunities to run.Mikey Brown wrote:I didn’t picture being quite this bored with the acoreine that we’ve got.

Still excited that we have a real back row now. Just Hughes to ship out now

I know we’ve won the pen, mainly because France have to hold on to the ball, but I do wish we’d hang on to the ball more.

He really is pointless isn’t he, given Wilson proved he is a better 8 than him get a flanker on the bench. Hopefully Underhill can get/stay fit.Danno wrote:Still excited that we have a real back row now. Just Hughes to ship out now

Great pace from Ford. Probably should’ve chased his grubber rather than leave it for Nowell.

Jones looking bored and angry. Don't blame him with this half.
Yeah screw it, let's cap it off with scrum resets.

That's a very good win, with a good plan and some nice performances. Pretty much everyone did well; Wilson is becoming indispensable.

Yep. Needed to be more ruthless. Should’ve absolutely buried them.WaspInWales wrote:Blown a great chance to hit 50 points there.

FT Eng 44 - 8 Fra
Pretty dull 2nd. half - lasted an hour and no Eng score in the last quarter.
Fair result all being said Some of the Fra newbies look useful.

Wales will have a better game plan, but I'm not seeing too many weaknesses there to target. England are looking good.
