Interesting dilemma this week. Really short on back rows as I was already a bit light on locks, so have an empty shirt. But I have a choice of hookers and front row, and a ridiculous wealth of riches in the backs. Which almost certainly means I'll have picked the wrong ones!

Same here - I had props, hookers, and back row to spare, and was feeling really good about my squad. Then I selected lock and discovered not a single one of my regular locks was even benching.

Currently fielding a wince inducing team of Thacker on the flank, and Dombrandt and Luatua in the row.

Lol. Luatua has been at lock for me most of the season!

Made a signing to join him this week as missing Launch, Spencer, Grobler, Holmes and Skinner...

And in the backs...missing a ton, too. So I made 2 signings, a lock and a wing, and I still have one blank shirt on my bench. ah well.

I have a full team of starters and only one red dot on the bench. I'm quite happy with it at the moment but I'm only one injury or bonkers selection from a DOR away from having a bad week next week.

Made the right choice at lock :) Picked Lonsdale, who did well.

But, wtf is up with WLR? Consistently low scores...

Picked up Rowlands, but kept him on the bench

Yep, picked the wrong backs; left Collins out completely, left Holmes on the bench, picked Madigan

467 points this week so it worked out okay in the end. A few duff picks on the bench, I think I had 4 players that scored zero points.

I was chasing Switchskier in our league, but it appears they've just got the highest score in the entire league this week, so even my 484 looks paltry.

And there was me getting annoyed for selecting Cordero and Lewington over Collins and Woodward. It'll all go wrong next week now.

My pack all bettered my 18 point target. The backs... Well, Smith got 18, and Thorley and Ibitoye were good. The rest... God awful.

Bit of a strange week for me. I can hardly complain about 522 points, but I let a lot of points go begging with some poor choices. Most of my bench players would have scored nearly double of what the players I picked to start in their positions did. Had I gone for Singleton, Ross, J. Simmonds, Thorley and Woodward over Cruse, B. Curry, Smith, Roko and Cordero, I would have been knocking on 600!

Does anyone know what happened to Ross Harrison? I’m assuming he went off injured as a -1 would be big anomaly for him. He’s normally one of the most reliable props in the game.

Back to the 6 Nations, I'm in full blown crisis mode now. No Mako, no Russell, no Fofana. Not good at all!

Yeah, I know...Plus no Hogg...

It's also the worst match-ups for points, I think.

Difficult decisions. But Mako must be sold so I have an extra English player to pick. Or an Irish player so I can pick an extra Irish player...but then I get left with 4 injured players and 5 Italians...

My squad is severely depleted now ...

No Itoje
No Mako
No Hogg
No Skinner

Probably no Russell

Fofana not selected

And that’s all before Schmidt likely rotates the Ireland squad for Italy!

I’m yet to drop points on transfers, but I suspect I’ll be very hard pressed to get a team out this week otherwise.

God I forgot about the rotation risk from Schmidt. That could really be problematic! I'm hoping Henshaw comes back in, and maybe even Benvenutti for Italy, who I have but hasn't had a look in so far. I can manage with Mako and Jones being out, and potentially Hogg, but Russell leaves a gap. Are Hogg and Jones also out for the tournament?

I also signed Machenaud, and he hasn't been near a squad!

Yes. Hogg and Jones are supposed to be out for the duration.

God, locks are tough business in the Prem at the moment. Every week I'm selling a lock and buying a different one so I can put a team out! The rest of the squad is fine, but the locks...

With Spencer returning from injury, though, I'll get some leeway.

I managed to make a full team in the Prem one without any transfers! The 6N wasn't quite as tough as I expected either, despite losing Mako, Hogg, Jones, Parra and half the Irish team - managed to get away with no transfer penalty and just one no-show on the bench.

I only lost 1 Irish player and I sold another one because I already had 5 English, Irish, French and Italian players and there was no way in hell I was bringing in a Scottish prop!!!

Now, though, I have a full squad...

Let's see how that plays out next week.

Almost identical for me.

I’m actually quite happy with the sides I’ve managed to put out, all things considered.

The biggest blow for me this week is Reinach dropping to the bench. He’s been such a reliable points scorer for me this season.

I dropped an absolute clanger in the 6 Nations fantasy, swapping out a player I didn't need to and taking a 20 point hit as a result.

So the bad news was having a bad week in the six nations and only scoring 405 points and dropping 285 ranks in the table and dropping from 2nd in our league to 7th. On the upside another decent week in the premiership scoring 484 points which moves me up by 81 places in the table and in our league it keeps me at a steady 8th.
