Thank fuck Ford isn't playing with this porous It defence.

Two crash-ball centres with a fly-half who stands totally still really is a joy to watch.

I like the judicious ignoring of overlaps.

Agreed. Launchbury has missed a couple of important ones too.

Happy we scored again. Shame it was Bad Shields.

That's why he's in the team..

FFS. Is Parisse cursed with a particularly virulent form of Can't be Fucked virus that compromises his team when he is on the field?

It's like an end of season friendly.

Seeing Cokanasiga at 8 is the most interesting thing I’ve seen so far.

I can't even think of a Barbarians game being this flat.

Ita can play - just can't compete to get enough decent ball.

Literally going through the motions ...

It won’t happen but with the bonus point in the bag, why not bring Robson and Ford on at half time.

Good call on outside shoulder attack by Puja. Manu good going forward, defence not so much.

Unlike some, I do think there are some things to enjoy; not our defence though.

Watching at home rather than in the boozer so can concentrate pause and rewind. I don't think Shields is as bad as he's portrayed on here, and I'm not claimining innocence. He's just playing a very different game. Result is the same, shouldn't be in the team. That's on Eddie not Shields.

Poor old Italy having tough luck with injures. This looks/feels like a training game. Hard to get interested. The dreadful Dewi Morris only makes it worse. Fair play to Tuilangi for his footwork and gas - he's moving well for a fat boy.
If Jones does not give Robson/Ford a run now, he never will.

I hope Faz's HT on-pitch rallying call doesn't have the Cardiff effect..

 I would LOVE to see that.

Has he had any meaningful involvement in any of our tries? Sure, he passed the ball for Tuilagi’s try, but it’s not like his input ‘made’ that try.

He's played ok today, bar one terrible piece of handling.

Tuilagi doesn't seem to be carrying that much excess to me, looks fit.

To get anything meaningful from this game, Jones has to bring on at least 5 replacements at HT - all three backs, LCD and Wilson. Claiming anything from the win after that shocking loss to Wales will be hypocrisy.
