I may be biased but the lineout i saw looked perfect. Looped over their frontjumper to drop down to our out reaching mid jumper.

OL injury looked nasty. He looks like a cracking player though.

Was in a protective boot and using crutches after the game. Will be a scan this week and go from there. Fingers crossed it’s jot too bad as he was getting Prem game time.twitchy wrote:OL injury looked nasty. He looks like a cracking player though.

Shame for both players and a problem for the JWC given they’re our preferred options at 13.
I’m only going by the highlights, but de Glanville looked very good.

Be a blow if neither Dingwall or Lawrence can make the JWC.
Lawrence looked full of explosive running on Friday. He's quite a handful with a very nice offloading game.
On the night Hinkley again stood out. He and Willis have been our best players this 6N's. Owen and Coles were good up front and Redpath showed a lot of very neat touches.

Luke James is still eligible and is a cracking player. In many previous years he would have been a guaranteed starter.Scrumhead wrote:Shame for both players and a problem for the JWC given they’re our preferred options at 13.

Chance to watch Alfie Barbaery at 15.40 in the schools plate final:
You might want to check the number on his back though...

Playing 13, throwing in the lineouts and on the back of the maul. He's simply on another level compared to anyone else on the pitch.

2 levels above, his dummy run sucked in 2 defenders for the 10 to just ease over the line before the end of the first half. Then he sucked in the defence and gave a deft little pass for the 10 to cross the line near the start of the 2nd.
