Moon
Guirado
Antonio
Beard
Willemse
Shields
O'Brien
Parisse
Parra
Farrell
Huget
Morisi
Ringrose
Esposito
Henshaw
Some harsh calls there, some lazy ones too, and a mix of reasons. 9 was especially competitive but Parra against England was by far the standout, and Farrell gets on on the strength of one game too, same for Henshaw at 15.
I'm not sure what it means to see no Scottish players in there. I hate to say it but Tommy Seymour has really put his hand up this tournament. He's been dreadful. Perhaps coincidence but like several Scots before him he has pretty much been garbage since getting selected on the Lions tour.
None of them have been outstandingly bad, but they have really come together as a unit to hit the same level of ponderousness and inaccuracy across the board. #AsOne

Townsend for coach.
That my expectations for Scotland are low and I've only vaguely watched their efforts
Also, Guirado has not been a shit show... I'd say Ghiraldino has been worse, while Best has hardly shone...
I'd challenge Ringrose being the worst...he's not been close to the worst. Both Grigg and Jones for Scotland were shunt at 13. I'd also second Seymour.
I also think we judge the Italians on lower expectations. They've been almost exclusively terrible, Steyn, Allen and Campagnaro aside.
I expect brilliance from Guirado so he's being judged against his own previous standards, Ringrose I'm hugely disappointed in also though such limited ambition on attack serves him very badly
Allan might have made the team for his goal kicking but that's par for the course from him
And you might be right about the Scottish lads but it's only their final game I'll pay much attention to. Things might have been different had the injuries not smashedthem so

Hayward has been good, mainly, and Tebaldi was good v Ireland.

I thought the lock, Ruzza, I think, went well.
Minus marks for not being as good at finding touch as the Sink

I've flipped from an early position of wanting a near blanket selection of English players to having no idea who I'd pick in a number of roles.

Adams very close to making it into the side.
One other thought given the play has not been great is a Jamboree squad would probably be getting picked on reputation as the performances just aren't there
Evans, AWJ and Anscombe would be added to that team now and Tuilagi would drop out for Davies, and Stockdale drop out for Adams.
Still not sure who I'd pick at 9, Guscott has gone for Dupont which isn't in the scheme of things that bad a shout but I'm still stuck unable to think of anyone playing well enough

Dupont is just so....French though. When he actually had to do the basics of an international 9 in the Ireland game he was comically bad. Between him and Ntamack they gave up waiting for DuPont to hit a reasonable box kick in their 22 and started passing it back 20 yards for a punt instead.
