Christ, we could make a XV out of the useless tossers you lot have sent north. Piri Weepu's a shoo-in at scrum-half.

Steady on there, if salary comes into the equation yes but just on talent NZ has sent worse

On actual performances turned in he'd have to be up there. He had more talent than he showed, certainly.

I was going to say that, good game from him.
That’s impossible, Rugby Rebels said he’s rubbish.
Nope. Some on RR said he’s been anywhere between rubbish and average since moving to Wasps, and not worthy of an EPS place based on form.

So on a scale of 1 to 10, how nervous are Tiger fans ahead of tonight?

Assuming 10 is utterly bricking it, I'd say I'm at a good 6 or 7. Mostly it's the dull depression of finding each new reverse grimly amusing. Like following England in 2006.

Mikey Brown wrote:Nobody thinks it's impossible. He's clearly been good for the Highlanders (Hurricanes?) previously but a lot of people on here wanted to hear about him actually being good for his club, against his English rivals, before he gets parachuted into the England side.

He's obviously going to be in the squad regardless of form, so it's good to hear he's playing well.
Is playing well or has had one good club game?

Better to have Shields playing well than not. He's going to get picked now whatever, so its a good thing if he's showing some sort of form.

Tonights game is bound to be tense and tight. I dont see a tryfest. Think Falcons have to win this and their other 2 home games to stay up.

Ordinarily I take performance over result, but when games become cup finals then the result is everything. As a neutral I'm hoping for a Falcons win

Sinoti Sinoti vs the same Leicester defence that consistently dropped off easy wide tackles last week. There's going to be tries.

Yeh I’m starting to become quite numb to it now.

I’m expecting a loss.

TBH I don’t think relegation would be the end of the world, we have the stability to survive a season.
Would be a good time to finally have a clean slate, and play some of the U20/U18’s for the bulk of a season.

Isn’t this the league’s worst attack at home to the league’s worst defence. It’ll be like watching two drunks fighting over a can of Special Brew in the street. Very entertaining but not particularly highbrow entertainment.

Now you see, that is what I would call reckless and I think it should be a yellow card...but WR are doing nothing about ruck safety.

We NEED TO sort out unsafe clearouts.

Why Leicester wouldn't pick Thompson, I don't know...

There is one man who stands head and shoulders above the rest of the players on show today, though, and that is George Ford.
