Nice, generic job title. Am quite optimistic about this, but don’t know enough about League to comment on whether he’s good or not. A load of trophies would indicate that he could certainly bring something.

He has quite a wide ranging role but its got a lot of duties around the academies, I think the SRU are now 100% commited to basically creating the best academy system in the world where the players will come out with top level core skills and a growth mindset based on a player centric mindset
Exciting stuff although they need to increase the numbers playing rugby in high school
