The scoreline is a real blow for glos, they should be right in it.

Just not dealing with the aerial assault and not keeping any possession for more than a phase or two. Bit disappointing really as that aside we are being competitive

dunno, they've had little good ball in the last 30 mins. Defence from both sides a bit wobbly, but Sarries making most of turnovers.twitchy wrote:The scoreline is a real blow for glos, they should be right in it.

Gloucester have been second best in every area really.
Massive difference between Saracens and everyone else though, Exeter next best but still not on that level yet.

I think Glaws have been good in lineout defence and breakdowns out wide, and have looked dangerous out wide. But Sarries more cohesive and consistent; had Faz's kicking been on song it'd be mid 40's already.Tigersman wrote:Gloucester have been second best in every area really.

Itoje has been a monster. Cips and Atkinson under pressure struggling, but very difficult for them to be fair.

Sarries are so confident of victory they’ve put Danny Alexander on the pitch.

Yep. Him and Ford are miles ahead of the comp when picking the correct option/runner on the gainline.Banquo wrote:Top try, nice by Cips.

Re: Sarries V Glaws
just looking at ESPN stats- yeah I know- they only have Itoje down for 11 yards made....he did more than that in the break for the try, and has had loads good carries.

Cips has been average apart from that, kick out on the full, dodgy offloads etc. You have to do better in these sort of games.Mellsblue wrote:Yep. Him and Ford are miles ahead of the comp when picking the correct option/runner on the gainline.Banquo wrote:Top try, nice by Cips.
