Not to come over all Rowan, but I was linked to these articles about the new pro league that is being set up in Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, and Argentina and found them interesting.

Looks interesting, especially with RWC 2023 hopefully going to be 24 clubs. A stronger Uruguay and a strong Brazil would be a boon to world rugby.

It’s good timing. Argentina is obviously focusing on keeping players at home, and a local league will help Uruguay, Brazil & Chile develop. A stronger region can only be a good thing for Argentina and rugby generally.
