That team strikes me as a bit against the spirit of the thing!

Different clubs using it for different things. I've no real issue with that.

Very strong team for Sale. Interested to see what we put out. I know Reuben Bird-Tulloch is starting based on a recent interview with him - got high hopes for his development over the next couple of seasons

I think most clubs will effectively view this comp as pre season. I expect quite a lot of reshuffling over the 4 weekends as the clubs build for the opening of the Premiership.Raggs wrote:Different clubs using it for different things. I've no real issue with that.

That's what Dai has said will be Wasps strategy. Start with a mix, using those who've trained the most, then build up until it's basically the prem team.fivepointer wrote:I think most clubs will effectively view this comp as pre season. Northampton definitely going for a more development side, though the front row is reasonably strong. Lots of players I'm looking forward to seeing the development of, notably Tui Uru, Olowofela and Lewis Bean

Yup, exciting times at the Gardens although I think this match will be an uphill struggle looking at both teams.Adam_P wrote:Northampton definitely going for a more development side, though the front row is reasonably strong. The green, black and gold army.
