Bristol team for Friday:
15. Luke Daniels; 14. Ryan Edwards, 13. Piers O’Conor, 12. Will Hurrell, 11. Charlie Powell; 10. Callum Sheedy, 9. Andy Uren; 1. Jake Woolmore, 2. Harry Thacker, 3. John Afoa, 4. John Hawkins, 5. Joe Joyce, 6. Steven Luatua (c), 7. Dan Thomas, 8. Nathan Hughes.

Fair bit stronger than the Quins game, will be good to see how Hughes gets on but more pleased to see Hurrell back on the pitch.

20 - 17 to Bristol who had 2 players binned. Glous lost Ryan Dryer to a suspected Achilles tear.
Bris looked ok, had periods of dominance but sloppy hands let Glous off. Hughes looked good but he dropped a few balls and seemed to be trying a bit too hard.
Similar story with Glous, their most dangerous player seemed to be Banahan to my eyes (admittedly I was in a corner with a not great view).

Yes looks like Dreyer will be out for most of, if not all of the season. Very bad luck for him.
Glos can’t expect another gargantuan season from Balmain, so I think we will have to recruit. I’d happily take the Japanese prop based on this mornings game

True, I want to say Yamanaka, but I might have the wrong player completely.
