Agreed, to an extent but our kicking is so bad when we get the ball that we are constantly having to win it back. If we kicked less and better, we would not be so exposed in the forward arm-wrestle.

The scrum needs sorting now the ref has decided everything is our fault.
So, you want to sort our kicking out by taking off our best kicker?
Not in this game, he's not.
Nobody is kicking well...because we’re getting humped up front.
Well we’re about to find out if you’re right.

Finally Garces doesn't blow it at the scrum. Except he does because we were rapidly moving foward and should have been allowed to pick the ball up and play it with the SA scrum 10 yards back.

Good comeback by the England pack.

This game is essentially a scrum competition.

I know Eng always get a shit ref in a WC final but this is beyond my worst nightmares from Garces. We're awful too of course.

When pollard slipped and then hung on in the tackle, should be a yellow. Attacking teams never get yellowed when they deny turnover ball.

The arbitrary penalising of blocked kick chases drives me mad.
