Cracking game this. Worcester are putting a huge effort in and deservedly 17 v 10 up at half time. Conceding on the stroke of half time will have hurt them.
Maunder is having a good game. Quick and crisp service, though somewhat negated by the superb Worcester defence and their ability to spoil. He’s looking good mind. Ted Hill is everywhere, though it is a collective effort. Pennell has been outstanding, especially under the high ball. Maunder’s box kicks are almost all competable but Pennell has been imperious in the air.

Worcester have got a really bruising forwards pack. Du Preez and Hill were particularly physical.
Is Lawrence injured?

Lawrence was out with the team in the warm up. At the moment he's just behind Beck and Venter for the 13 shirt. I imagine he'll feature heavily in the challenge cup and stake a claim for the starting spotTimbo wrote:Worcester have got a really bruising forwards pack. And only recently come back from that nasty ankle injury. Looked pretty sharp in the Prem Cup and will certainly get his chance in time.Warrior85 wrote:Lawrence was out with the team in the warm up. How badly injured was Pennell? Is Solomons throwing him under the bus a little?
