We need a win this week. Not 100% sure we'll get it, but it could be vital to our season.

Two bad teams on paper but one of them doesn't have Paddy Jackson, go Tigers!

Pack looks good, though, and the replacements too. Fingers crossed Tigers'll come away with a win.

3 English starters for Irish. Makes it hard for me to root for them despite Loader on the wing.
Er, go....Tigers.

Bloody hell. Irish seemed to have wasted quite a bit of money on foreign journeymen.

Never heard of it. I’m guessing an island near Samoa or Fiji?

Currently 22-6. Looks like we'll be going into Europe bottom of the table.

Bottom 4 after 4 games
Bath
Quins
Wasps
Tigers

All within 4 of each other.

Anyone had money on that?

although TBH Quins is really the only major surprise I guess for me.

Tigers England contingent really cannot come back quickly enough. That was a very poor result.
Irish proving to be a lot better than i thought they would be.
With Wuss winning at the w/e its not easy to predict who will go down, though i dont think the bottom 4 will be the same as they are currently - and you certainly would have got very long odds on those teams at the wrong end of the table.

For anyone who watched the match - how are Bath's academy players doing? Anyone to keep an eye out for?

From a Quins POV, I think we’re in for a tough season. I think Worcester are a lot better than they get credit for, but I’d have expected us to beat them at home and a losing bonus point is a poor return. We’re in bad form with few of our new players looking settled and we have a lot of injuries. The ECC is a very unwelcome distraction, so unless we pick up points from the remaining Premiership games this year, I think we’ll be right in the dogfight.

Marler and Sinckler will make a difference, but not to the extent that Ford, May and Genge will for Tigers and losing Marchant from January is a massive blow particularly considering he’s probably going to be out injured until he leaves.
