Champions Cup fixtures for the weekend featuring Premiership clubs.

Glos v Toulouse
Glasgow v Sale
LaRochelle v Exeter
Bath v Ulster
Clermont v Quins
Saints v Lyon
Racing v Saracens

Some very demanding games for our teams. Think Bath and Saints might get wins. The rest i'm not at all confident about.

The way Glos have stuttered at the start of this season there is a gloomy feeling ahead of this game on Friday. Hoping ‘the French don’t travel well’ and a rocket up the Glos team during midweek coincide to at least make the game competitive. Toulouse Spanked Clermont at the weekend.

Think Sale stand a chance, and Sarries depending on which if any of their returning millionaires they pick.

Lyon are well worth their 5 point lead in the Top14 having only lost once after 9 matches and will go to Northampton full of confidence.
Toulouse will be fired up after beating Clermont and may well beat Gloucester.
In my opinion, of the Premiership teams, Saracens have the best chance of a win.

Racing are not performing well in the Top 14, and I think Sarries will pick them off.

But Toulouse always wobble away from home, and might try and bully Glos - which probably won't work. On a cold Friday night, I don't think they'll fancy it.

Excellent win for Exeter. Just what they needed after an indifferent start to the season. Sets them up nicely in the pool and should be the catalyst to get their domestic form going.
They were good across the board.

A number of the English clubs’ lineouts have been dreadful this weekend. Glos, Sale, Quins and now Wasps terrible from the games I’ve seen/followed.
