Re: Saracens vs Brizzle
I'm really curious to know what the expectation was for Daly of where he would play. I thought he really wasn't keen to play anywhere other than 13.
As far as I can tell he's only played wing and fullback for Saracens, even having his old Wasps team-mate, who was a fly-half, preferred at outside centre.

Maybe, he's just swallowed a dose of reality. He's a world class winger, a barely adequate international FB and a reasonable club standard OC. If he really wants to get his career back on track he'll play on the wing as often as possible for Saracens and tell Jones that's where he wants to play for England.Mikey Brown wrote:I'm really curious to know what the expectation was for Daly of where he would play. 47 - 13, 34 unanswered pints in the second half... Didn't expect a win but hoped we'd be competitive.
It does feel, in the gloom of a beating, a little like the sanction for cheating the league for however many years was a little light. Onto Wasps and hopefully a better result.

I’m not going to lie I’m disappointed not to get some appreciation for that one.

Sorry, couldn't think an answer that wasn't "bitter and twisted"..Mikey Brown wrote:I’m not going to lie I’m disappointed not to get some appreciation for that one.
