Re: Leicester vs Bristol
Why the actual f*ck are we playing a lock at flank when we have Guy Thompson on the bench?

Indeed. One of Kalamafoni or Taufua could easily play 6 with Thompson at 7 or 8.

All part of the master plan to get relegated and then start the Chiefs style fairytale, culminating in a prem title in 2028. That's about the best I can come up with.Puja wrote:Why the actual f*ck are we playing a lock at flank when we have Guy Thompson on the bench?

Like I don't mind trying it once, if it works it works if not it doesn't.
But it didn't work v Saints, why would it work against Bristol who have a better back row.
This is the area where I hope Borthwick will fix, selection especially in the pack.

You'd have to agree it's not a bad scrum Tigers have

Great result for Harrison to end his rugby career on.
Will miss him.

Definitely cheering for Northampton tomorrow. If they beat Wasps by >7 points, then we step off the bottom of the table for the European break (let's be honest and note that Saracens aren't really bottom. It's like Lewis Hamilton getting a penalty and starting from the back - it's only ever going to be temporary).

It’s times like these that we need to unite, bury old rivalries, and just pray for Quins to find their way to the bottom instead.Puja wrote:Definitely cheering for Northampton tomorrow. We're perfectly capable of that without divine intervention, but thanksI R Geech wrote:It’s times like these that we need to unite, bury old rivalries, and just pray for Quins to find their way to the bottom instead.Puja wrote:Definitely cheering for Northampton tomorrow.
