Great to see a ref penalise the 5 sec excess by the SH at rucks.

You can really tell our front row are first year out of school. Body positions need some serious work.
Ojomoh and Steward both looking good in the backs.

Good effort so far. If we tighten up the scrum we should start to dominate. Scotland, as ever, are superb spoilers.

Didn't see much of last weeks game, just caught 15 mins of this one. Really impressed with Ojomoh. Ball in two hands, good timing of the pass and good accuracy. Also, not afraid to get stuck into the ruck and is effective.

Scotland were a new side in the 2nd half. Good tight result.

Re: U20s vs Scotland
Weird game. For about 25 mins in that second half Scotland completely bullied us. Dominant at scrum, maul, ruck and consistently over gain line. Then either because of changes we made or they made, roles completely reversed in the last 15.
Clear that if we get front foot ball our backs and ball carrying forwards are really dangerous. Thought the loose head off the bench was a massive factor in turning that game.

Re: U20s vs Scotland
2nd best for large parts of the game but did well to hang in when going behind with 14 men and then come back to score winning try.
Ojomoh does look full of promise. Dan very good and Capstick put in a big defensive effort.
Scrum is a concern.

Re: U20s vs Scotland
Scrum isn’t that much of a worry really.
First year U20’s front rowers v second year front rowers.
Whitcombe only play Loosehead for a year for example.
