Russ Petty seems to suggest that the warm-ups don't count?

I was wondering that - it very much depends on what they count as "this season". I had assumed they would, considering they were clearly a prelude to the RWC, but an argument could be made that they replaced the summer tour which is traditionally seen as the end of the previous season.

If that's the case, then all of my numbers need 3 or 4 subtracting from them.

I'd read somewhere that everything since August counts, which would include them. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I'd read somewhere that everything since August counts, which would include them. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

"Since August" is nebulous though. It could mean including or not including games in August, depending on which way you look at it.
