Commentator: A sensible decision.
Commentator: There was no malice.
Co-commentator: Do we have a translator for the ref?

Makes you almost miss Barnes.
As I recall, that wasn't an unfair decision for the mores of the time. You'd've said it was ridiculously harsh had that been a card - clearly wasn't intentional, so just a penalty for the flying clothes line.

We'd be fuming if Fazlet did that.

To be fair, I think we'd be astounded if it happened at all. Best weapon in a ref's pocket but they always leave it at home

Cohen rounded Latham by such a margin there that it felt like Elliot Daly had put on a gold shirt.

Just watching Latham you think...he wasn't actually very good, was he?

I have the suspicion that this was just a one-off nightmare - I remember him doing a lot of damage to us in the late 90s.

"No punch thrown," quoth the blind touch judge. Blue touch paper lit.

I'd forgotten Australia scored a try. I think history has been a bit unfair to Wendell Sailor based on today's performance.

Gets a clip round the ear, responds by breaking Rogers' ribs by driving Rogers' own forearm back into them. Gods, I miss Lewsey.

Only 2 subs used - Leonard, Regan, Borthwick, King, and Luger get splinters in their arse all game.

I bet Borthwick’s nose still started bleeding after 60mins.
