Yep, lot to like about Brizz. Malins is a talented lad going forward, liked him at 10

Bris given a bit of a lesson. Clermont at another level. Very entertaining though and a welcome antidote to some of the stodge we've been served up.

Matsushima is a popular signing for Clermont. Did he play well this afternoon?

Really? In what way? Got a couple of really ropey decisions against him at the breakdown, carried really well and made yards almost every time.

Why did the Bristol back stop chasing? He'd nearly caught the Clermont player for the second try just needed to commit to the tackle.
Having passed to him Sheedy was hardly going to then tackle him

Really like the speed of Randall. Trying too hard at times but looks a belter
Why bother chasing the Clermont player down after the interception if you pull and don't make the tackle. Keep your head out the way and dive on his legs. You'll bring him down short and then it's a lottery what happens after that. It's a tackle from behind minimal risk.

Was tongue in cheek FKAS.

I totally agree. It was a ‘ oh bollox to that’ moment from Sheedy

Yeah I know but that sort of things winds me up. You get paid good money to play don't make token efforts. Hell if a teammate if mine down the local social team had done that if have been asking questions.

Clermont have just blown a big lead at home to Munster. Munster very good, but Clermont absolutely terrible. I thought last week in the Bristol game that Clermont were nowhere near as impressive as punditry and fan reaction made them out to be. They can’t defend at all and their discipline is crap.

Bristol were just missing too many of their key individuals. 2 or 3 from Thacker, Vui, Luatua, Radradra, Air Charles or Morahan and they win that game IMO.
