That's fucking harsh. Wales deserved to win that.

Classic Wales. 2 point lead, in possession with 3 minutes to go. What do we need? A pointless box kick that goes about 5 yards upfield.

It was like watching a car crash in slow motion.Son of Mathonwy wrote:Classic Wales. 2 point lead, in possession with 3 minutes to go. What do we need? A pointless box kick that goes about 5 yards upfield.
Other than that it was a really good and deserving performance. Unlucky guys.
And yeah NZ were gash. Barrett aside its a poor year.

It looks more like bad coaching to me. The BBs sem to have no less skill or running ability than in previous years. They just look incohesive so that unless the game has really broken up their opponents have an advantage.
I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.

Sick for Wales, in with the Welsh fans and that really was cruel. Two player's stood out Jones for Wales and Barrett for NZ. Kick chase may be not your best weapon. NZ seamed to win every ball in the air. Yes and the hari kari box kick.
Overall cracking day out and thank goodness for the Argies for some scintillating rugby. Lobbe doing a great job there.

The trouble for him is that he's essentially a one man team and as a result over tries. The rest of heir skill levels are not anywhere near his. Their basic execution of skills has been really poor this tournament. It's a really poor year for NZ.Mellsblue wrote:I don't see the love for Barrett. I though he kicked the ball away too much and cut back a couple of times when they had an overlap. I thought their best player was the fullback, awful kicking aside.

Re: U20s
Nearly mentioned BB's full back made lots of metres but seamed to be less of a threat as the game wore on and Barrett got better. Jone for Wales best player on pitch. All in my very humble opinion of course.
