Good to see Cokanasiga getting a start. What's been up with his slow return? Just the injury or has his form been iffy?

Both. His form was dreadful in the first comeback of the season.Bored Falcon wrote:Good to see Cokanasiga getting a start. What's been up with his slow return? Just the injury or has his form been iffy?

I'm guessing that he's also beena tad distracted with family matters: https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/202 ... tion-rulesBanquo wrote:Both. Of course not - it was only the Gukas getting any press; and those allowances were made extremely reluctantly, and without Priti Patel being involved.Puja wrote:Has that not been sorted yet!? This is particularly distressing as he can't be at his wife's side for cancer treatment - which I have a slight inkling might be even more important than watching his son play a RWC pool-stage match.

I had blithely assumed that, because he'd got press and his son was an England international, that it would've been sorted already, under the government's Rashford rule of suddenly acquiring temporary ethics when bad press has come up. Apparently not enough press, poor sod.Which Tyler wrote:Of course not - it was only the Gukas getting any press; and those allowances were made extremely reluctantly, and without Priti Patel being involved.Puja wrote:Has that not been sorted yet!? Probably explains why PCokanasiga's been missing for Irish the past few months too.

Agree. Treated like this after 14 years of service and three tours is a disgrace.fivepointer wrote:Its just wrong. This shouldnt happen to anyone who has been prepared to serve this country.
