Brilliant. I thought he was an Aussie for some reason!

So did I - turns out he's English but qualifies for Australia through his Dad. I guess I thought he was Aussie as he played there and NZ prior to joining Bath.

I thought he was entertaining when he did a commentary stint on a recent Bristol game.

That was the Bris v Leicester game. The Leicester fans didn't seem to appreciate his "distinct" style!

He's a pretty marmite character.

The tartan blanket brigade didn't like it. I thought first half he treated it like being down the pub with his Bristol supporting mates. Someone had a word at halftime I think because second half he started offering some good insights and started to show he actually knew quite a bit about the Tigers team including the youngsters so had obviously done the team prep in the week to know the opposition. If he can build on that second half then there could be career in it for him as we all like a character in rugby.
