150th cap for Ludlow this weekend. Still a few key players yet to come back but we are starting to get a little continuity which I think helps. If we can get off to a start that doesn't involve several penalties in the first 10 mins, and end the game playing like we do in the middle 40, then I think we have a decent chance.
