Surprise Pick

Post by Dan. Dan. Dan. »

Feels like everytime a squad or XV is announced, there's at least one huge Eddie curveball. What do you think it'll be this time?
I'm going to go with either; Tom Curry still, somehow, picked at 8. Or, Ewels at 6

Well... it would be just after I post this that he names his most widely popular XV for...ever!
Daly probably the closest to a curveball, but I, and a lot of press, was half expecting that.

I sort of view Simmonds starting at 8 as a curveball (for Eddie) to be honest, despite being a test Lion, European player of the year and pretty consistently fit and in form for about 5 years now.
