Glaws have got a few of their internationals available for this one. Gives them a bit of an edge at a ground they've not won at in a long old time.

Borthwick is definitely feeling the pressure from the Glaws lineout and has named a massive Tigers pack to try and deal with it. Plenty of Tigers carrying options up front and JVP should set a tempo.

Ridiculous exposing JVP to this kind of pressure.

Ridiculous that Wigglesworth is left on the bench again. He'll never learn to play in sunny weather if we don't pick him.

Two good strong sides named there and should be a cracking match. Neither back row going with a classic 7 though, ehich is interesting - obviously both valuing carrying and lineouts higher than jackalling this weekend. Potter for Ashton is the only definite change off our best available, but even then I'm keen to see how Ashton gets on with a full game - have been super impressed by the work rate in his cameos so far.

Rapava-Ruskin is starting it seems. Glaws own website making the blunder.

Not a happy hunting ground for Glos at Welford Road but I think we should be able to take something from this match. Glos haven't played an out and out 7 since Kvesic years ago, that said Jordy Reid plays much like a 7 from the 6 berth. Tigers have the slight edge in the front 5, not much between the back rows, backs look even enough. So home advantage for the win, LBP for Glos is my hope.

Tbh, that does just feel like it's being efficient and acknowledging Rapava-Ruskin's imminent next injury.

MOD might need to issue a trigger warning.

Only interested in test matches and specifically those from the 70's to 90's - hoping we are safe here....

Equal enough first half, glos scrum the stronger, couple of daft mistakes let tigers tries in. Confident for the second half, all tigers play is boot to ball, nothing creative yet. Glos playing the better rugby. Understandable so far as the sun is square into Gloucester faces, so it could well be tactical. Tides turn in that respect with an ends swap so let’s see if tactics change.

What was the yellow card for? At the ground and no idea?

I had to leave at half time, didn’t see the yellow, but following Twitter that was costly. Burns boot to ball continued to work well it seems, thought we’d adapt better to that than we did
