At least Exeter have some second rows playing, which helps.

Is Devoto still injured? For all his long-serving application to the club, Whitten always looks like a mistake about to happen when he's at 12.

Devoto is injured and has been for several weeks. His career has been interrupted far too often.

Baxter does like Whitten for reasons that arent always obvious. Good club man but Exe could do with some extra quality at centre.

The media are putting the boot in, van Graan not that popular or at least his style of play.

The lost of injuries are quite bad but Chiefs have had plenty of their own and some of those playing are only just back. Should be close and physical this one.

Blimey, Exeter should have won that by 20. Munster will think they can still sneak through, although if Exeter play well it’s hard to see what they have to fear from this Munster team. Literally only time Munster looked dangerous was for 10 minutes when Exe were down to 13.

Yes, much was made of Munster absentees but Exeter were missing four first choice men: LCD, Hill, Devoto and Nowell. The first two might have sorted out a mis-functioning line-out, for example, and made a huge difference.

Exe should have won a lot more comfortably. They might regret failing to convert the chances they had. 5 pts is not a big lead will take a fair bit of defending away from home.
