Great news that our game has grown enough that a current player is willing to take the risk of coming out. Wish him the best for the new season.

Good on him. Initially, I was surprised it has taken this long. However, less so when I think on it.

Excellent that he feels comfortable enough to come out like that (and hoping he opted to come out entirely voluntarily).
I long for the day when it's not newsworthy because no-one cares and there's plenty of visibility already.

What happened to the young lad from Bath (think he was Bath)? Or has he moved on?

Lecivi Davis was ex-Bath academy, who had gone to the Championship by the time he came out (and a google tells me is now in the National Leagues). There's no doubt that his bravery helped pave the way for Dunne though, just like players like Thomas and Miall coming out after retirement, and Owens and Maxwell-Keys did from refereeing.Raggs wrote:What happened to the young lad from Bath (think he was Bath)?
