On the one hand, the falling pound (although it won't stay low forever) will make offers from French clubs more appealing. Yet if permits are needed to work overseas then that might put some player off. That said, SH players seem to have no problems playing in France so I doubt it will be that much of a deterrent.

We might find it harder to recruit overseas players, or more costly at least. Whether that a good thing or not depends on your POV I suppose.

I think the bigger impact from Brexit will be from the wider impact on the economy - will people be able to afford to follow rugby, either in person or via Sky etc if jobs are on the line? Too early to tell yet I think.
