Fairly heavy rumours that Eddie Jones is entertaining a job offer from USAR to take over after the 2023 RWC and that they're willing to offer him an 8 year contract to take them through to their home RWC in 2031.

Despite the slide of late for England, I think he could be a good option for the Yanks. Given complete creative freedom, he could transform their player development and you just know he'd love being the big fish in a small pond again. They certainly need something to change - they've gone backwards under Gold and even having plenty of prep time led to a damp squib in the repechage.

Can't really think of many other names who'd be up to that kind of rebuilding job and be willing to take on the basketcase that USAR currently is.
