Last home games for 36 and Ben Morgan, expect quite an emotional crowd. Both stalwarts. Thank heavens we have a 10 back, and a surprise return before the end of the season for McGuigan. Not going to predict a result, Glos need to put a few demons to bed after the last few weeks though, that's for sure.

If you could beat them by about 30 points, without them getting any bonus points, that'd be really helpful, thanks in advance.Gloskarlos wrote: ↑Fri Apr 21, 2023 2:59 pm Last home games for 36 and Ben Morgan, expect quite an emotional crowd. Hastings back is a boost. Blake's done well but McGuigan is a class player. Sale might have a bit too much up front. Quirke cant get a start which is a little concerning from an England POV.

After his performances this season, for Quirke read Warr!

Warr is dual qualified. I wonder how long it will take the SRU to become very interested.

Frankly, I'm surprised they haven't snapped him up already. Given they've had the very average Steele before and went for White very early, he seems like the kind of player they'd want to cap.

He's the type of player England might cap if Scotland keep dragging their heels. On form he's right up there in the Prem this season.

Oh no. Funny from Morgan at first, then costly.
Enjoying this game though. It’s been great to see May looking fired up.

Not the first time it’s been said on here, but Jono Ross is so fucking stupid.

Jngf will lose his mind when he sees that try. Pace, fetching instinct and linking skill from Ben Curry made that match-winning try.

He sounds like the solution to England’s no8 problem.

Foley was quite lenient at the end there. Four penalties from four phases 5m and not even a warning.
Only caught the last 15 mins, looked a fun game. I'm guessing Glaws didn't have much luck with Carreras ending up at 9.

Glos blew a few first-half chances - they're now struggling to get a Euro Cup place next year. Amazing fall from grace when, just a few rounds back, they looked like top-four playoff candidates.

Re: Glaws vs Sale - Sat 5.30pm
Glos should have been out of sight at half time - some odd finishing and decision making. Sale responded well though, good match for the neutral.
Too many injuries in key positions for Glos and the SiD just isn't where it needs to be to compete on all fronts and be 'successful'. I had high hopes of finishing 4th at the start of the season, the reality is that any team in that league bar perhaps the bottom 2 also realistically believed the same, made for an exciting mid table season certainly.

Enjoyable game that. Of note, how good was Seb Atkinson. Was a real nuisance to the Sale defence.

Looked very good ball in hand, huge work rate to be involved so much.Epaminondas Pules wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 9:43 am Enjoyable game that. Of note, how good was Seb Atkinson. Was a real nuisance to the Sale defence.

Very much so. made some excellent decisions within that too. Considering the Sale pressure he stood up very well.Banquo wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 9:57 amLooked very good ball in hand, huge work rate to be involved so much.Epaminondas Pules wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 9:43 am Enjoyable game that.
