Note to Farrell, you don’t have to say the ref is a dick when you can merely think it (and use appropriate facial expressions).pompey-zebra wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 8:12 pm The expression on Dupont's face when looking at O'keefe showed what he thought of his decisions!

After the Namibia game, I'm amazed Dupont can use any facial expressions!Sandydragon wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 8:21 pmNote to Farrell, you don’t have to say the ref is a dick when you can merely think it (and use appropriate facial expressions).pompey-zebra wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 8:12 pm The expression on Dupont's face when looking at O'keefe showed what he thought of his decisions!

I wasn’t expecting a try fest.
Loved that lineout move, reminded me of my time as a hooker.
Except I wasn’t that quick off the mark. And I’d probably missed the right jumper.

At Glasgow airport trying to keep up with the score via BBC website. They are all over the place, there's too much happening and they cant keep up to the point it's actually amusing watching them try.
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Flatman right, surely calling for the mark and taking the scrum is purely psychological.

I thought you had start in field when preventing a kick going out?

With Etzebeth off think I would have gone to the corner there. Any other player, three makes sense. But surely there was a catch and drive there.

Yeah, take the kick. Maximise the amount of time in the next half SA are down to 14 (I suspect Etzebeth will be back).

Anyone got any mitigation for Etzebeth?
Best I've seen so far is "He's 4 inches taller than Antonio"

The way this world cup is going, it will remain yellow. Now if Dixon was reffing it would be no foul play carry on.
