New TV deal agreed

Positive that it's every single game being shown live - hopefully that's a mark that TNT are hungry for content and are paying accordingly. A little bit worried that there's no pricetag being publically announced, which does suggest they're hiding it because it's smaller and they don't want the headlines.

Hopefully there will be some deal sorted out for more FTA Prem games. I was saying to someone the other week that the Prem should be looking to get a live game on the weekend after the 6N (or fortnight after if they want to guarantee the stars being back), with advertising tied into the last 6N game. How great would it have been to have that France vs England finale with the pundits and commentators reminding the 6N casuals that, "If you want to see more of Maro Itoje, Ben Earl, Marcus Smith, and Danny Care, you can tune in next Saturday to watch them for their clubs, as Saracens face Harlequins, right here on ITV"?

I do like the idea of a free to air game post 6N.

Seems like an absolute no-brainer

That is excellent news, however the fact that none of us knew that despite having watched the France game suggests that they probably could've cross-promoted it a touch better.
