Super Saturday

Post by Which Tyler »

Wales v Italy, 12.15 BBC1Wales or iPlayer.

Ireland v Scotland, 2.30 BBC2NI or iPlayer.

France v England, 4.45 BBC1 (or iPlayer).

It's "Super Saturday" surely they could have found a way of showing all 3 matches on properly!

But then Italy look knackered. They know they blew that. Credit for Wales for keeping trucking when easily they could have folded.

Commentary in Wales v Italy has been absolutely terrible (eg " recently converted from lock to second row"), but towards the end and the Italian knock on really took the cake.
A] You can't play on if the ref has already blown her whistle.
B] The scrum has been awarded to Wales, you don't need to go searching to find the knock on by Wales you think the ref has decided on

Yeah, was trying to suppress the memory. A lot of partisan gibberish spoken by the commentators.

Ireland v Scotland is dire fare. Feels flat and so many errors from both teams.

Yeah, I'm 15 minutes in.
Scotland my have scored a try, but I feel like still waiting for the first shot to be fired.

I thought it bizarre the Scots didn't kick for the draw. I assume they didn't know the permutations

I think the kick was just too hard for her.
