Not sure if this required its own thread, but found this really interesting. Despite the title it's not that focused on who can bench the most.

Having enjoyed watching World’s Strongest Man over Christmas I couldn’t help noticing some transferable skills for THP. Pavlo Kordiyaka looks to have makings of a great tight head lock too: https://giants-live.com/athlete/pavlo-kordiyaka/

Given how good he is at the pressing events Handsome Pav would be a one man lifter at lineout time.

It’s a great video but I couldn’t help but smile when Dan Cole started discussing explosiveness and sprint times :)
