It's poor starting munster team

I suspect we'll kick the leather off the ball for 50 minutes as we have no one to run threw that defence in the backs, our bomb squad backrow is our only hope of getting the win

Saracens +3

Is there a lot of injuries for Munster or did they just recruit badly in the summer?

I'd heard rumours he wasn't happy with the recruitment but if his training methods are a bit too old fashioned then that would explain why Munster fell out with a coach who got the most out of what the squad had.

No Casey as well. I did wonder whether Munster were going to concentrate on the league but if it's just injuries maybe just a do what you can.

Has Felix Jones not been seen back in the Province yet?

Yes, the prop issue was the main thing from rowntrees perspective and in fairness he wasn't wrong. All either injured or old.

We signed the south african bueller after he left but rowntree wasn't giving any leeway to sign a prop while leinster got slimani when they were already stacked with props

Yeah I understand the Slimani signing really pissed off a lot of Ulster fans as well as Ulster weren't allowed to sign a prop despite badly needing one whilst Leinster again exempt from the rules the others have to abide to.

Frisch left last season with Toulon paying a fee, Snyman out the door as well. I'd have thought that would have freed up some cash for Munster to go shopping a bit.

Some rumours that Peter steph is joining but it doesn't matter if we've no props. This could be his agent putting out rumours etc looking for a payday,.......I hadn't realised he's 32

8 million debt on the stadium so some money being feeed up may not go directly on players

We're process of signing leinsters 3rd choice lhp and hooker but these fellas are just filling jerseys rather than making us competitive in Europe

And zero interest from Felixstowe jones

I'd really like us to take a flyer o camille chat, though defeat today ends our European season

Yeah the debt is all secured though so whilst a bit of funding towards servicing that is expected I'd have expected at least one quality name through the door.

Chat would be a great signing, just depends where his head is at. Fighting with your teammates at the Christmas Party and then turning up drunk for training are not positive signs.

Do like to support English clubs in Europe but had to admit I had a little wry smile when Williams dropped the ball then. Seeing one of the premier English sides give a contract to a nigh on 34 year old Welshman really sticks in the craw.

Did you look at the names of the two teams before you started watching it?

Not pretty rugby - but quite entertaining in a gritty sort of way. Errors galore but a good old slugfest with the result in doubt right to the end.
